These images were being used for a board presentation to introduce a new product concept. The problem, of course, was that it was only a concept, no product actually existed. I was asked to render an image of the product from approximate measurements, then create slides for a presentation showing the product alone, and again in several working conditions. I had absolutely no 3-D rendering experience, nor did I really know where to start, but that didn't mean I couldn't figure it out. It took a bit of testing, but working between 3 different programs I was able to complete the project. The image on the right was one of 5 situational images combining the product rendering within a photograph.
