This was for a client who specialized in dye-coloring silk fabrics. The image was intended to show the range and vibrancy of some of the available colors. The shot was used as a beauty/accent shot in some marketing materials. Instead of shooting a bunch of color swatches, I decided to roll the fabrics into gentle folds and shoot just a small section. I like the results; it looks like an abstract landscape painting from the 60's.
